Excellent Kitchen/Sunroom And Wetroom

What was involved?
It was a renovation that took several separate spaces and turned then into a larger, open plan room. A wall dividing the kitchen and hallway was removed and the resulting space became a kitchen/sunrooom. A downstairs space was also converted into a wetroom with a shower and toilet.

How did you choose G&D Construction Projects Limited?
A friend of mine who had used Alan and Ray recommended them to me. I did speak to a few other builders about the job but chose Alan and Ray because I liked what they had to say and I was comfortable with the recommendation.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Alan and Ray?
An architect had drawn up some plans for a sunroom but Alan gave me some options and ideas I liked better.

Did Alan introduce new ideas?
Alan has great ideas about design and was able to sway me to his way of thinking, particularly with regards to the wetroom.

How did the project run?
The project went very smoothly with no problems at all. Alan and Ray were fast, neat and tidy and the work was first class. The tiling is better than excellent and I'm very happy with how it all turned out.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using G&D Construction Projects Limited?
Everything, it was the standard of the full, completed job that impressed me the most.

I would highly recommend Alan and Ray and in fact I already have.
