When was the work done?
In November 2017.
What was involved?
A complete bathroom renovation with walk-in shower - tiling, fittings everything.
How did you choose PG Bathrooms and Plumbing?
Paul did my mother's bathroom the year before and he did such a good job. I had seen work that other people had done and it wasn't as good so I just went to Paul. And Paul does everything, he gets the tiler, electrician - he gets everything organised, he takes care of everything. You don't have to do anything. Paul is so nice and pleasant and approachable. Of anything I've had done in my house, Paul is the nicest person I've had in. All the guys were lovely. And the price was brilliant as well.
Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Paul Gallagher?
I did but when he showed me nicer tiles and stuff, I said I'll go with that.
Did Paul introduce new ideas?
Yes, I was going to go with the exact same shower that my mother had but Paul showed me the newer version of it and I went with that. He redesigned the layout too. There was a bath in it but I didn't want that, I just wanted a walk in shower. Everyone else said I couldn't do the shower without the tray and tried to change my mind. Paul was the only one who didn't try to change my mind. His ideas are brilliant.
How did the project run?
Paul said he would be there at 8 and he was there on the button every morning. Every night he cleaned up everything - the stairs, the landing everything. The bathroom is brilliant, I love it.
What was the biggest benefit to you of using PG Bathrooms and Plumbing?
What was great was that I didn't have to do anything. I didn't have to go looking at tiles or shower doors or fittings, Paul brought them to me. He organised everything.
I liked too that he said if anything, anything at all goes wrong to ring him.
What's your favourite part now?
It's the mirror. You just wave your hand underneath and it goes on and off.
Would you recommend PG Bathrooms and Plumbing to others?
Yes, I already did. My neighbour is going to go ahead with Paul in a couple of weeks and my aunt is going to use them too.
