I didn't feel like Paul was trying to hide anything from me or taking shortcuts. He did the job properly and as per his best knowledge, I appreciated that.

A total bathroom renovation.

How did you choose PG Bathrooms and Plumbing?
It was arranged through the company that supplied the bathroom fittings.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Paul Gallagher?
Not really, we just knew that we wanted a full revamp.

Did Paul introduce new ideas?
Yes, he recommended the best layout for the room. That was useful because otherwise we would probably not have made the best choice.

How did the project run?
They were on time, they worked very hard and the workmanship was very good. They were very tidy and cleaned up after themselves every night so there wasn't too much disruption. Paul and the people working with him did exactly what they said they would do so I was very happy with them.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using PG Bathrooms and Plumbing?
I felt I could trust him, I didn't feel like Paul was trying to hide anything from me or taking shortcuts. He did the job properly and as per his best knowledge, I appreciated that.

What's your favourite part now?
I just love my bathroom!

Would you recommend PG Bathrooms and Plumbing to others?
Yes, I would definitely recommend him to anyone. It’s a full package service, so you don't have to organise different trades to come in. Paul also came up with tile options based on what I had told him I wanted so I didn't have to look through hundreds of tiles. That was great for me - it made the experience very painless.

Any tips for other people?
You just need to think about it before you choose your fittings and be sure that this is what you really want because it will be costly to change things afterwards.

Fitting an additional toilet into this relatively small under stairs space meant that every inch of space had to be used wisely. We were delighted with how this project turned out and so were our clients. The project was slightly complicated by the presence of a gas connection and fuse box in the space but we were able to move these to a better location.
