Shinte Home Improvements based in Lucan, Co. Dublin offers a high quality, value for money building service for homeowners and small businesses in the greater Dublin area. We offer a specialist start to finish building service - from groundworks to final finishes and even exterior landscaping. 

Managing Director, Stephen Conaghan has over 15 years experience in home building and improvements. Regardless of the size of the project, our priorities are quality workmanship, staying on schedule and achieving the most with each client's budget.

Once a quote has been agreed, it will not change. A fully signed contract covering costs and what work is to be completed is provided as standard for all projects.

On Budget, On Time

We understand the importance to homeowners of completing projects to schedule. In order to do so, Stephen personally supervises each project and works with a small set of reliable and experienced tradespeople. This approach means that we can typically complete a 40 foot kitchen extension within 6 to 7 weeks.
