This project pushed the boundaries a little - upwards anyway. The original roof space was too low for a comfortable attic conversion. So Polaris Builders first raised the roof. Take a look at the work in progress. We build the new roof over the existing roof so that there was no possibility of rain damage. In addition to the attic extension, we carried out an extension renovation of the original kitchen and living areas including new windows and beautiful timber flooring.
