We had a basic idea beforehand, but it was only at a general level.
Did Darren introduce new ideas?
Yes, very much. It felt like a good collaboration in the planning stage: Darren listened to us; we listened to him.
How did the project run?
Darren set a clear schedule ahead of time, which he stuck to. he dealt with all the logistics (hiring of a carpenter, plumber, electrician, clean-up). He was very clear and precise in communicating any issues as they arose.
What was the biggest benefit to you of using TileCraft?
Darren took care of everything: we had an unusable downstairs bathroom before; now we have a fantastic bathroom. He really took the worry out of having a big job done. And the level of craftsmanship is impressive.
What's your favourite part now?
The bathroom looks fantastic.
