A Professional Job

What was involved?
Replacing bottom set of tiles, and reseal, in our ensuite bathroom which were worn and leaking. Replace the bottom set of tiles in our main bathroom, which were also worn and needed re sealing

How did you choose TileCraft?
From the pickapro website, there was a choice of two.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Darren Kearns?
Yes we wanted to replace the tiles but we found that they were out of date and were no longer made in that size or fashion

Did Darren introduce new ideas?
Yes, Darren from Tile Craft found an excellent match of tiles for both bathrooms that was as near as possible to what we were looking for. He resealed both showers and we were delighted with his suggestions and recommendations. Both showers look and feel much better, and are safer and better sealed thanks to TileCraft and their advice

How did the project run?
We contacted Darren before Christmas and he said that he was busy until the first week of January. He said that he would like to price for the job so we agreed to make contact in the first week of January.. We arranged a mutually agreeable time for Darren to come to our house and price/advise on the job. Darren arrived on Saturday the 12th of January, and gave us his price and advice. We came to a mutually agreeable price and Darren completed the job in the 2 days that he said he would. Wednesday & Thursday 16th & 17th of January 2019.

Darren was very neat and tidy at all times. He was also very friendly and helpful. He noticed that the hose on our shower attachment in the bathroom was frayed, and he replaced it with one that he had in his van free of charge. He also put a new layer of silicone on our downstairs shower as a free of charge extra to make that look its best also.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using TileCraft?
Fair price, job well done and enthusiastically. On time, neat, tidy, friendly and loves the work. The overall experience of professionalism and enthusiasm.

What's your favourite part now?
Both showers look really well and are sealed and no longer leaking. We were charged a fair and honest price by a firm that know their business, and we feel very good about the work and the whole experience. A professional job was carried out by someone who cares about customer service and was prepared to go the extra yard.

We would gladly recommend Tile craft and the Pick a pro website. We had an excellent experience and would be happy to recommend them to others.
