When was the work done?
The work was done mid May/June 2014.

What was involved?
It was a total upgrade and revamp of our front garden driveway. This involved raising the garden level and widening the access entrance to allow two cars park in the driveway. A new front and side wall was created in red brick and natural stone with granite capping to blend with granite sets and flagstone, stepped raised beds with shrubs three different levels and Iroko Teak panelling was used as a backdrop. Counter sunk lighting with additional surface lighting was fitted with complete lighting system on sensors which activate in the evening time.

We believe the value of our house without doubt has been increased by a significant amount.

How did you choose Greenstone Landscapes?
We saw other projects they completed and were very impressed.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Ross Farrell?
Not really- although we knew we wanted to open up the entrance to the driveway, build a wall and didn’t want any grass. Ross built this into his design concept and included three raised beds, the planting and lighting system with sensors which we are delighted with. We were open minded and listened to Ross’s suggestions.

Did Ross introduce new ideas?
Most definitely, Ross came up with a brilliant design concept.

How did the project run?
Very smoothly. Ross’s team arrived punctually every morning and worked thoughout the day. At the end of each day they cleared up and left the place spotless. They were hard workers, very reliable and nice guys.

Not only were we impressed with their professionalism but our neighbours commented how hard working they were and what a terrific job they were doing. We have had many favourable comments from passersby since the completion of the driveway. At the end of the project the guys left the place in pristine condition.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Greenstone Landscapes?
Meeting Ross and using Greenstone Landscape gave you the confidence they would do a first class and professional job.

What's your favourite part now?
The overall “WOW” factor to the front of our house.
