What type of work did the project involve? The project involved a complete house renovation. The house was in very poor condition prior to the work being done. The house required insulation (cavity wall), plastering (internal and external), full rewiring, replumbing , new flooring and bathroom renovation.

How did you choose MCD Construction? We noticed MCD Construction was working nearby, so we contacted Mike by phone to arrange a consultation.

Had you definite ideas before you talked to MCD Construction? We had a general idea, but a professional opinion was needed to understand if it was viable.

Did MCD Construction suggest new ideas? Yes. Mike suggested new ideas, such as the cavity wall insulation. We were previously unaware of this possibility.

How did the project run in terms of practicalities like scheduling and workmanship? The project were carried in a old house so delays have occurred due to unforeseen problems. However, Mike has always kept us updated and addressed the issues.

What's your favourite part now? Our new bathroom. It has been completed exactly as we had envisioned.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using MCD Construction Mike have always answered our phones calls and offered solutions that would fit our budget.
