Is your company insured?

Yes. We have full public and employers liability insurance.

Project Process

What is the project process?

Following initial contact, we'll arrange a site visit at a time convenient to the client. At this stage, we'll discuss the project brief and start the process of specifying what's required. We can work directly from drawings if they are available. If not, we can discuss whether drawings will be needed. We will supply a detailed quotation to cover all materials and works. Where a client wishes to proceed, we'll provide a detailed schedule of works.

During what hours are you available to meet customers?

At a time convenient to the client.

Cleanup

Do you remove rubbish arising from project?

Yes, as per the quotation.

Is cost of rubbish removal included in the quotation?

Yes, cost of skips and removal of old material is included in the quotation.

Aftercare

Can you provide ongoing maintenance and support?

Yes, we'll be on hand if any ongoing support is required.
