This project was a full renovation with dormer attic conversion. Included within the project was a full rewire, re plumb and the entire house was re plastered. In addition, the external walls were fully insulated. Stairs were fitted, the attic was converted with ensuite and an additional bathroom added. A new roof was put on and the front and back re slated. A new kitchen, laminate flooring and new doors and frames throughout the house.
