Quality Two House Build

What was involved?
Build Right knocked down an existing house that was in a dilapidated state and put up two new luxury 3 bedroom semi-detached houses.

How did you choose Build Right?
I know a chap that has used Build Right before and he said he was very happy with them. I also looked at some of his previous work and it looked good. And I spoke to other people they had worked for and they said it was a good service.

I got other quotes but really I went with the recommendation. Build Right wasn't the cheapest, but it wasn't the dearest either. And I'm very happy with the outcome.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Lee O' Gorman?
Yes, there was architect on the job as well and I had drawings.

Did Lee introduce new ideas?
Yes. Along the way, Lee showed us some ideas that made sense when we looked at them. We tweaked some things here or there.

How did the project run?
They were there on site everyday and I got regular reports from Lee. There were no complaints from anybody else so I was happy with that. And the end of the day, it was good workmanship.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Build Right?
The reliability and good workmanship, to be honest. Price comes in everything but there's no point in paying for poor work. You get what you pay for. Build Right wasn't the cheapest but he wasn't off-the-wall pricewise and he was open to discussion.

Would you recommend Build Right to others?
Yes, I would.He does exactly what he says on the tin. Lee is a honest guy and myself and my wife were extremely happy with the work. He's also very well-mannered and the people that he brings are good as well. He seems to be choosy with who he lets in.
