PKBuilder provide a complete renovation and decoration service for Dublin homeowners, businesses and property managers. Our services include bathroom renovations, kitchen renovations, tiling, painting and decorating and carpentry as well as small repairs and maintenance projects.

We take care of every aspect of your project from start to finish as well as arranging delivery of all materials. When working to a tight schedule, we can arrange longer shifts and weekends work. This means we achieve a faster turn-around without compromising on quality.

PKBuilder is directed by Pawel Korytkowski who has over 20 years experience in all aspects of building both in Germany and Ireland.

Full house renovation and extension at Crumlin, Dublin 12. We replaced all the windows, doors and put down a new floor. The house was insulated, re-wired and a new heating system with combination boiler was added. We created a new bathroom as the house never had one before and built up the back of the house to create space for a new kitchen. When the work was completed, we painted everything. The project also included a new back extension with bi-fold aluminium doors, fitted new kitchen and new downstairs guest toilet with combination boiler. The scope of the project was to provide additional living space and facilities as well as full general renovation. Downstairs we created access between living and dining room with sliding pocket door. Improved access to the garden was provided by installing new folding patio doors. The garage was converted into a playroom. Upstairs we addd a new en-suite bathroom, as well as stair access to attic. A velux window was also installed in the attic.
