What was involved?
Pawel has done a lot of smaller jobs for me over the years and more recently he refurbished a rental apartment. The refurbishment included a completely new bathroom, new flooring throughout, new insulation and new painting throughout.

How did you choose PK Builder?
Pawel was recommended to me by my sister, he had done some jobs for her.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Pawel Korytkowski?
Yes. Pawel directed me towards various suppliers of flooring and bathroom fittings to see what I’d like and we took it from there.

Did Pawel introduce new ideas?
Yes, he did absolutely. For example, he recommended the best type of insulation based on his experiences elsewhere. However he always made it very clear that the final decision was mine.

How did the project run?
I was very happy with the work Pawel did for me. It was exactly what I was looking for. He turned it around for me incredibly quickly - in less than two weeks as far as I remember. The turnaround time was very important as it was an investment property and I wanted to let it again quickly.

He stuck exactly to the agreed program and the quality of the work was very good. Pawel also left the place in a very clean condition. The professional cleaners noted that they had very little work to do to get the place ready for tenants.

Pawel has always been very good, very reliable, honest and he does very good quality work.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using PK Builder?
That I had trust and confidence in Pawel’s ability to deliver. Also, the fact that he delivered on time and to the required quality as well.

Yes, I would be very happy to do so. He's a very nice guy and he's very good at his work.
