Very Happy With Extension

What was involved?
A rear kitchen extension. We had a combined living room and kitchen with a small separate scullery. We extended the scullery and created a separate proper kitchen.

How did you choose Build Right?
I found Build Right online. Lee seemed very professional and polite on the phone, and he knew what he was talking about. Pricewise Build Right were reasonable too.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Lee O' Gorman?
Not really. I'm fairly open-minded. I just wanted the extra space.

Did Lee introduce new ideas?
Yes, of course. Lee came in and showed me what he had in mind. I liked it most of it but he was very open-minded and happy to change what I didn't agree with. Lee was easy to work with and we were fairly on the same page, to be honest. He also brought a new lighting ideas for me that I probably would not have thought of.

How did the project run?
Very good. We were living in the house with the kids throughout. Lee was never too early and he'd never run over the time. If he said he'd be gone by half five, he was done by half five. He cleaned up as he went along, so there was no dirt coming through the rest of the house. All his guys were very nice and well mannered. You'd hardly know they were there. And I was very happy with how it turned out.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Build Right?
Lee was very understanding and he was just very easy to work with.

What's your favourite part now?
No, I love the whole lot. It's great to have a separate kitchen and living room.

Would you recommend Build Right to others?
Absolutely, yes.
