What was involved?
A complete renovation including insulation, extension, plumbing, rewiring, roofing, plastering & painting.

Found them via PickaPro website and selected them based on price, design suggestions and previous work completed.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Alan Doyle?
Yes we had identified the problem areas of the house that we wanted renovated and improved, but G&D Construction Projects were extremely proactive in the design elements.

Did Alan introduce new ideas?
Most of the key features of the "new" house are as a result of G&D Construction Projects suggestions and excellent craftsmanship. If you are familiar with the programme "Room to Improve", G&D were effectively the architects, designers, & builders everything rolled into one and the "before and after images" are quite amazing in terms of the transformation.

How did the project run?
G&D Construction were completely professional, completed the project very timely, were always very responsive to questions and always came up with solutions to any unforeseen situation. The workmanship exceeded our expectations and the attention to detail was superb.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using G And D Construction Projects Limited?
G&D Construction Projects exceeded all our expectations. They effectively transformed our 30+ year old house into a new modern home.

What's your favourite part now?
We effectively have a new house thanks to G&D Construction - it looks great, its warm and bright and we really are delighted with the finished job.

I would strongly recommend G&D Construction. They have effectively given us a new house and we are absolutely delighted with the finished job. They are extremely professional, have fantastic design ideas and their attention to detail, along with their highly skilled workmanship is best-in-class.
