Keith Sheane Groundworks and Developments, serving the Dublin, Wicklow and surrounding Leinster area, provide a full groundworks, paving concrete structure service to the commercial, domestic and self builders market.
Owned and operated by Keith Sheane, a concrete and groundworks specialist with 20 years of experience, we are fully insured and own all of our own equipment. What this means to the client is that a project can proceed at once and not be subjected to waiting for available rental equipment.
Keith Sheane project manages and oversees all aspects of the job. The client deals directly with Keith with regards to the day to day operations up to and including project completion.
We provide a complete groundworks service that includes laying pipes and exterior paving, leaving a finished base ready for block work.
