Renovation Work With An Architect

What was involved?
it was a renovation of a home in Dublin. I was the architect involved with the project and Michael was the contractor.

How did you choose Hogan And Associates?
I heard about Michael from professional colleagues of mine. I chose Michael because he's a chartered engineer as well as a contractor and this job had a tricky attic that was going to require additional steelwork. I also needed someone who could provide sensitive handling in terms of the client. Basically, I needed somebody who really knew what he was doing.

How did the project run?
It went very well, Michael's open, honest and very good at doing what he says he'll do.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Hogan And Associates?
The biggest benefit that I found was that Michael was flexible with regards to time and accessible. I could always reach Michael when I needed to which is so different from many others out there. Michael was also open to meeting up or working outside of hours if need be.

Would you recommend Hogan And Associates to others?
