The project involved a complete house renovation. The house was in very poor condition prior to the work being done. The house required insulation (cavity wall), plastering (internal and external), full rewiring, replumbing , new flooring and bathroom renovation.
We noticed MCD Construction was working nearby, so we contacted Mike by phone to arrange a consultation.
We had a general idea, but a professional opinion was needed to understand if it was viable.
Yes. Mike suggested new ideas, such as the cavity wall insulation. We were previously unaware of this possibility.
The project were carried in a old house so delays have occurred due to unforeseen problems. However, Mike has always kept us updated and addressed the issues.
