No Messing, They're Straight Up

What was involved?
About 6 years ago, they did a rear extension with a sunroom for me. More recently I just needed a smaller job - to get the front living room opened up. Kieran knocked through the wall and put in double doors. It's not a big job for someone like that, especially now when things are getting busy but he came back and did that too no bother .

How did you choose Outwards and Upwards Building Solutions?
A person on my road got work done by him and he gave me his number. I got two or three other quotations at the time too. Kieran’s price was good and I felt I could trust him. There was no messing, he was straight up.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Kieran Ryan?
No I knew what I wanted.

Did Kieran introduce new ideas?
Yes, he did draw up some plans for me. He also made a couple of suggestions for the usability of the room and that kind of stuff. It worked out well.

How did the project run?
I couldn't have been happier. The workmanship was very good. A bone of mine is builders running between different jobs. Kieran was basically just doing my job until it finished And of course any problems with snags he came back and fixed them straight away. Even an issue I had three years later, he came back and sorted it out no problem.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Outwards and Upwards?
If there was any kind of change wanted, I could tell him and he would just do it. If it was around about the same price and easy to deal with, he would just do it. If it was more expensive he would explain why and then you could could decide. Kieran is easy to deal with - he isn't too rigid and he doesn't go hitting you for more money for little things.

Would you recommend Outwards and Upwards to others?
Sure, the fact that I had him back in my house to do another job is proof of that!
