What was involved?
The project involved replacing an existing wooden deck with a new composite one and removing an old cement patio and installing indian limestone.

How did you choose Expert Decking Landscaping and Patios?
I heard about Ken from the Pickapro website and I chose him because I liked the photographs of work he had done and the testimonials on his site. I had spoken to a few other landscapers but felt Ken was more clued in to what I wanted. He was also reasonably local to me.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Ken Eccles?
I did, yes. I wanted the garden refreshed, less labour intensive and with better materials.

Did Ken introduce new ideas?
Yes he did. Ken was very good about explaining the finishing touches, lighting and how it all works together. It turned out very well and the garden, patio and decking are now in complete proportion.

How did the project run?
One word, excellent. Ken was 100% reliable, whatever he told us happened and we're very impressed with the workmanship. With Ken there's no messing about, he just gets stuck in and the job was completed on time.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Expert Decking Landscaping and Patios?
The biggest benefit for us was that Ken really knew what he was doing. He was able to determine what it was that we were after and was able to adapt when we made a few changes. Nothing was ever a bother to Ken.

What's your favourite part now?
The whole job that Ken did for us. The garden is so much more attractive and professional looking than from what it was before. A number of people have commented on how neat it all looks.

Would you recommend Expert Decking Landscaping and Patios to others?
Without hesitation, yes.

Take advice from those who are going to do the work. They'll have good ideas with regards to the finishing touches and detail that makes such a big difference.
