Reliable and Efficient

What was involved?
Some landscaping in the garden and a wall was erected. Ken sorted out a drainage system, and he had to do a little bit of extra work, you know, just to make sure we had a little ramp into the garden, so he opened up the gate – little extras you know that we hadn't discussed but that we were delighted with. He removed a massive amount of topsoil on the first day, he took away half the garden and then placed a patio and a small wall so we could plant stuff in the wall -- yeah, really, really nice. There were similar pictures up on the Pickapro website.

How did you choose Expert Decking Landscaping and Patios?
Pickapro. We just found them online. We were googling everything because we had no idea where to start. We just read the comments.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Ken Eccles?
We had an idea, but once we had our consultation with Ken, he went through everything and told us about this modern cladding wall-type, and we went from there.

Did Ken introduce new ideas?
Yes, he did suggest some ideas which we went with, the type of stone that we'd go for with the patio and wall.

How did the project run?
Good, very reliable. He gave us a date and stuck with that date. And then himself and his co-worker came in and they were very efficient and quick, and they only had to use the house to get water because we have no outside tap, they just needed to connect. That was no problem at all. I'm very, very happy with the work.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Expert Decking Landscaping and Patios?
He's reliable. He got the job done and he used his vision too. I suppose reliability and the price point was pretty good.

What's your favourite part now?
I especially like the patio area. Really happy overall.
