Ground Floor Renovation with No Surprises

What type of work was involved?
Ground floor renovation to include demolition of internal wall, new floors, doors, lighting, heating and plumbing, electrics, tiling and full paint job. A downstairs bathroom was refit and they built an extension to the front porch and fit it out. Security lighting and power was also installed for a shed .

Did you have definite ideas when you spoke to Colin?
We had some definite ideas about the work we wanted carried out.
Colin was extremely friendly and very helpful with his ideas and explanations of what would be involved and how long it would take to complete.

How did the project run?
The job ran extremely well given the Covid situation . Colin would let us know the plan for the week and what days each tradesman was due to come. We never had any problems with any of the workmen who worked on the house. All Covid regulations where followed 100%

What was the biggest benefit of using Colin and Domestic Fitouts?
The biggest benefit to using domestic fitouts was the professionalism in which they go about their business. Colin is extremely helpful and micro managed the whole project from start to finish. When he said something was to be done on a certain day it was done, there was no messing around and we were kept up to date at all times. From the start everything was explained from the time frame to cost . Colin went through everything so there was no hidden costs or surprises along the way.
