What was involved?
It was a complete bathroom renovation; bath, shower, toilet and sink.
How did you choose HPD Plumbing and Heating?
We found HPD Plumbing on Pickapro and sent them an e-mail explaining what we wanted done. David Crowley responded back straight away and an appointment was made to meet up and discuss the job further. We met with David and the quote for the work was acceptable so we decided to go ahead.
Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to David Crowley?
We did have a rough idea, yes. We had recently purchased the house and the reason HPD Plumbing was needed was that the bath had a leak that needed fixing. Since the bathroom itself looked a little old fashioned, we decided to redo the whole room.
Did David introduce new ideas?
He did. David was able to tell us what was feasable and what wasn't. He was also good at helping us decide on what materials, quality wise were best for our needs.
How did the project run?
Very good, excellent. David was also good about helping us get other tradespeople for additional work, like plastering.
What was the biggest benefit to you of using HPD Plumbing and Heating?
The quality of the work, it was well done and finished.
What's your favourite part now?
All of it. The bathroom looks fantastic!
Would you recommend HPD Plumbing and Heating to others?
I would, in fact I've already recommended them to my mother.
Any tips for other people?
Know what you want and look around at what's available in terms of quality materials and such. HPD was able to give us alot of good advice in that area.
David did the small things that make a big difference.
David gave me the plan and said what they were going to do and they did it; and it turned out exactly like what he said.
I couldn't have picked anyone better than Dave.
With Dave I was able get a reliable plumber and project manager who was able to deliver what he said he would.
Reliability and good work. You get what you pay for.
Dave and his lads were prompt. They came when they said they were going to come.
