When was the work done?
November, 2007. What was involved?
The job was a complete refit of my bathroom. I wanted everything taken out, thrown away and a brand new bathroom put in. Dave installed a new shower, bath, sink and put down new floor and wall tiles.
How did you choose David Crowley?
I got Dave's name off a list of available tradesmen from a business on the Belgard Rd. I chose Dave at the time because his quote to do the work was the best.
Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to David Crowley?
I did, yes.
Did David introduce new ideas?
He did. I had a vanity unit that I wanted to keep in the bathroom, but it needed to be be moved and I didn't know where it could go. Dave came up with the solution of moving the existing radiator and putting the vanity in its place. It came out very well.
How did the project run?
To be perfectly honest, Dave and every one of his team were superb. Dave was here on time every morning and he was willing to work late if necessary. We only have one bathroom in the house so Dave would reinstall the toilet in the evening for our use before uninstalling it the next day. I couldn't have picked anyone better than Dave. They couldn't be more obliging. They were also absolutely spotless. They cleaned, tidied and hoovered every evening before leaving.
What was the biggest benefit to you of using David Crowley?
The fact that they did exactly what they said they would do. I was very pleased with how the work came out. I also liked that they were always here on time every day and willing to stay later to accommodate different situations. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Dave was even able to help me sort out pre-existing problems that had nothing to do with the job at hand. Those problems are sorted now. I can't praise Dave enough or the people working for him.
