When was the work done?
The work was done in December, 2013. What was involved?
I live in a three bed house and I had all of the windows replaced. I wanted the work done because the original windows were single glazed and very drafty. I'm also living on a main road so noise was an issue as well.
How did you choose Harvest Energy?
I found out about Harvest Energy by seeing an advertisement for them in our local free paper. In that same paper I also saw advertisements for two other companies and decided to get quotes from all three.
I chose Harvest Energy to do the work because Jason was very open and easy to deal with, seemed trustworthy and I was able to contact and speak to some of his previous customers who were happy with their work.
Incidently, Jason had also done window work for someone else on my road. I called her up and she was happy as well. One of the companies I contacted offered a lower quote, but I didn't have the same feeling of comfort with them as I had with Jason and Harvest Energy.
Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Jason Peters?
I already knew the style of windows that I was going to get, it wasn't necessary for Jason to come up with different ideas.
How did the project run?
The whole project went very well and very fast. There were six of them and they had the work done in just a few hours. I was also happy with how they left the house when they were finished. It was cleaned and left in the way they found the house and not just on the inside, but outside as well.
What was the biggest benefit to you of using Harvest Energy?
The biggest benefit I found was that they were very transparent. I knew exactly what was going to happen and there were no surprises.
What's your favourite part now?
The drafts coming in from the window have stopped and the house is quieter.
Would you recommend Harvest Energy to others?
Definitely, yes.
Any tips for other people?
I think it's very important to contact a companies previous customers before you agree to let them carry out work for you.
