When was the work done?
The work was done in December, 2013. What was involved?
I had a new porch and UPVC door installed with glass at the sides.
How did you choose Harvest Energy?
A friend of mine had used Harvest Energy before and she recommended them to me. I had considered another company but after looking at their selection of doors, didn't like what they offered. I was also happy with the fact that by choosing Harvest Energy, I was able to keep the business local in Skerries where I live.
Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Jason Peters?
I had a good idea about the door I wanted after looking through their catalogue but I needed advice about the glass at the side of the door.
Did Jason introduce new ideas?
He did, yes. They were extremely helpful with design ideas and what would look nice but the final decision was always left up to me. I was very happy with their advice and what I chose.
How did the project run?
Very well. They were really friendly, came out and discussed the project with me and I was able to get everything I wanted. The work was excellent and there was not one problem whatsoever. They were great workers and very good at their jobs.
What was the biggest benefit to you of using Harvest Energy?
The biggest benefit to me was that the work was done so well and I was able to get it done locally.
What's your favourite part now?
The porch looks great and there are no more drafts coming through the door.
Would you recommend Harvest Energy to others?
I would, certainly.
Any tips for other people?
If you just ring someone out of the paper or the book, you don't always know who you're going to get. If you're not sure who to choose, ask your neighbours if they know of anyone reputable.
