How did you choose Genius Garden Improvements?
I found out about Eugene from the Pickapro website. I read the testimonials on his site and they were very good, so I gave him a ring. I met with Eugene, discussed my needs and he got back to me with what I thought was a reasonable price and I decided to go with it.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Eugene Iarmurati?
I did have some ideas and with Eugene's help, together we refined them.

Did Eugene introduce new ideas?
He did yes with regards to practicalities like drains and also showed me photographs of work he had done on the computer.

How did the project run?
It all went well. The whole job took a week and a day and that included working on a Saturday to stay on schedule. They had missed a day because of very bad weather and rain and without my asking, were willing to work on the weekend which was fantastic. I was also very comfortable having them in my home, even when I wasn't there. The daily and end of project cleanup was perfect and the job was completed on time. I'm very happy with how it all turned out.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Genius Garden Improvements?
The biggest benefit was that Eugene was very flexible and nothing went ahead without my approval. I was always kept informed at all stages.

What's your favourite part now?
To be perfectly honest, I'm very happy with all of it. Eugene really did what he said he'd do.

Would you recommend Genius Garden Improvements to others?
Yes I would, definitely.

Any tips for other people?
It's important to get ideas and feedback from the contractor because they're in the business and would have a greater understanding of all the practicalities that need to be considered.
