When was the work done?
The work was done in February, 2015.

What was involved?
Eugene built a patio with a small division in it at the back of our house.

How did you choose Genius Garden Improvements?
I found Eugene on the Pickapro.ie website. We had 3-4 people out to quote for the job but chose Eugene based on the testimonials that we read on his site and the fact that his price was good.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Eugene Iarmurati?
We had a few ideas such as we wanted natural stone to be used for the patio.

Did Eugene introduce new ideas?
He did, yes in particular with the overall design.

How did the project run?
Everything was 100% and in fact, they did more than what was asked. We had a pre-existing problem with a drain that Eugene was able to fix and a manhole that was in the middle of the patio. Eugene built a manhole cover that conceals it but allows for access. Also, one of Eugene's team is a qualified horticulturist who cleared up the garden for me and pruned it. Having that done before the spring was very nice. That was another extra for me that they did in addition to the patio.

Yes, absolutely.

Any tips for other people?
It's important to get a few contractor quotes before choosing someone to carry out the work.
