Our project brief was a well built shed which could be used for a variety of purposes, including an outdoor gym. The finished room is built to last and fits perfectly into the garden. Lucan, Co. Dublin

What was involved?
Eugene custom built a 20 x 10 foot shed for me. I'm going to use it as a gym.

How did you choose Eugene?
I found Genius online. I got a few prices but I just liked Eugene's manner and the price was right.

Had you definite ideas in mind before you talked to Eugene Iarmurati?
No, I had a particular type of shed in mind.

How did the project run?
Very good, I was very satisified with it. The workmanship was very good. It ran a little bit over but that was because I changed the plans.

What was the biggest benefit to you of using Eugene?
Eugene's a gentleman and very trustworthy. That's a big thing with me. I had no problem giving him the keys to the house. Both myself and my wife were very happy with his work.

What's your favourite part now?
The roof - it's just a very, very neat job.

Would you recommend Eugene to others?
Yes, I would.

Any tips for other people?
I would say decide fully on the structure before you go ahead with it.
